Europe’s largest Indie film festival announced the full programme for its 21st outing today, showcasing some of the most promising new filmmakers from all across the globe.
The festival runs from September 25th – October 6th 2013 from The Vue cinema in Piccadilly Circus and in the past has played host to some of the world’s leading figures in entertainment including Christopher Nolan, Shane Meadows, Iggy Pop, Quentin Tarantino and Faye Dunaway and featured some impressive films which have gone on to receive critical acclaim including The Blair Witch Project, Memento and Ghost World, to name a few.

The jury who will be assessing the submissions and dishing out awards is made up of an impressive list of celebrated directors, critics and entertainers including BAFTA winning Italian filmmaker Martina Amati, Sean Brosnan aspiring director and son of Pierce, Robbie Collins – the Telegraphs chief film critic, Jason Flemyng – who has starred in X-Men First Class, Hanna and Lock, Stock and controversial Wikileaks founder Julian Assange (who is being portrayed in an upcoming film by Benedict Cumberbatch).
