Lovelace Trailer Released

Premiering at London’s East End Film Festival on Wednesday 10th July, the biopic of Linda Boreman (better known as Linda Lovelace) stars Amanda Seyfried in the title role – a challenging and daring part far removed from her most recent outing in rom com The Big Wedding.

Following Lovelace from the age of 20 – 32, the film will chronicle the porn star turned anti-porn activist’s destructive relationship with abusive husband Chuck Traynor (Peter Sarsgaard), her self proclaimed manager, and his part in her infamous slide into the adult entertainment industry; before she breaks free of his grip and channels her energy into ensuring no other women face similar exploitation.

Directed by Rob Epsteing and Jeffrey Friedman, the film has an excellent supporting cast including Sharon Stone, Adam Brody, Juno Temple, Hank Azaria, Chloe Sevigny and James Franco and is due for wider release this August. Keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming review.
