George Galloway to fund anti-Blair film on Kickstarter

Ex-labour MP George Galloway is to launch a Kickstarter campaign to fund the making of a documentary called ‘The Killing of Tony Blair’.

Galloway is teaming up with filmmaker Greg Ward, a recent film graduate from The University of the Arts. Ward has said of the project “(it) will bring together many of the things George has been fighting for during his long political career”.

The film will detail how “Blair killed the Labour Party, killed hundreds of thousands of people in Iraq and how he made a killing out of doing both” says Ward.

Everyone who pledges £5 will have their name on the credits, and everyone who pledges £2000 will be treated to a ‘working lunch’ with the MP.

The campaign aims to raise £50,000.
