Frightfest Lineup 2013 Released

Film4 Frightfest 2013 has announced it’s lineup for the London August bank holiday festival, with over 50 films from all around the globe.

Set to run from Thursday 22nd – Monday 26th August, the festival will feature a number of premieres including Banshee Chapter, produced by Zachary Quinto, Antisocial and The Dead 2: India

We Are What We Are, No One Lives – starring Luke Evans, Big Bad Wolves and the sequel to the indie hit V/H/S will get their first UK screenings, whilst Curse of Chucky and the hotly anticipated R.I.P.D starring Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds will also make an appearance.

For you old school horror fans out there you can catch screenings of F.W. Murnau’s independent classic Nosferatu from 1922 and Roger Corman’s The Fall of the House of Usher – based  on the gothic tale from Edgar Allen Poe

Online festival and day pass tickets for the event, held at Empire Cinema in Leicester Square, will go on sale from noon on Saturday 29th June. For individual films you will have to wait until July 27th.
