UPDATE: Full trailer for Mission Impossible: 5

Four times already Tom Cruise has tried to convince us that his day job involves a work schedule that contains tasks which are 100% unlikely to be completed. But four times already he has proved that he’s just exaggerating, and the missions that he sets himself are in fact completely possible.

But now Ethan Hunt is back, with another mission, and guess what…. this one looks like being very unlikely to be completed either. So much so, they’ve even given it a jazzy name. Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation has given fans their first glimpse of Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg and Jeremy Renner as IMF’s number one crime fighting team, the teaser trailer for which can be seen below.

Ethan Hunt and his team are facing a new threat- The Syndicate, an underground rogue organisation that are looking to hunt down and destroy the IMF, and are most definitely trained and equipped to do it. Cue big fight scenes, electrifying car chases, and Hunt defying the basic road safety regulations by riding a motorbike without a helmet.

And if that isn’t enough excitement for one day, the first full trailer for Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation has just been released, which you can see below. It’s basically the same as the teaser trailer, but a bit longer, with a joke about a door.

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation looks like keeping very much in line with the previous stunt filled Mission Impossible films, and is due for release in the UK on July the 31st. And yes, that is Tom Cruise hanging off the back of a plane, which is why kids, you should always fasten your seatbelt before take off.
